What was asked for
“Apothecary style chest of tiny drawers for my hardware and craft supplies: 4 columns by 5 rows, 20 drawers. About 24 wide, 20 tall, 10 deep. Poplar and 1/4 ply.”
Nothing on this page was drawn by hand. The engine laid the piece out, checked it, and everything below is that one layout: the film, the drawings, the model, the cut list and the glue-up order.

Tip test
A 50 lb kid leaning on an open drawer tips it over. It goes over at about 17 lb.
Anchor it to a wall stud with an anti-tip strap or bracket.
38 lb · 20" tall · Resting on a level floor, not anchored. Rigid: joints and panels don't give before it tips. Floor friction 0.5 (wood or vinyl). Every drawer pulled out two thirds of its depth, the load on the worst drawer's front edge.
Proof sheet · what the engine measured
That's the top panel, the part closest to its limit. Everything else has more room.

Parts are grouped by the stock they're cut from — confirm each part against its own material before cutting.
The Length column above is the finished / clear size. A part that seats into a dado, rabbet, or mortise must be cut longer so its ends reach the bottom of the housing. Add the depth at each seated end before you cut. Sheet layouts for these parts use nominal dimensions; confirm the housing allowances before using the layout:
You didn't tell us which tools you have, so we're not assuming. Borrow what you're missing — a drill is the one most builds need.
