Service description

Vibecrafting is an AI-powered design tool for makers that converts plain-English descriptions into buildable blueprints — including cut lists, shopping lists, 3D-printable connectors, 3D previews, and exportable files. The service is provided “as is” and is continually evolving.

User responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to abuse the API.
• You understand that AI-generated designs are starting points and should be reviewed by a qualified person before building, especially for load-bearing or structural applications.

Intellectual property

You own your designs. Any blueprints, cut lists, or files generated from your prompts belong to you. You may use, modify, and distribute them freely. Vibecrafting retains no ownership rights over your generated content.

The Vibecrafting name, logo, and website content are owned by Vibecrafting and may not be used without permission.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Designs are generated by AI and validated against engineering rules, but they are not a substitute for professional engineering review. Vibecrafting does not guarantee the structural safety, fitness for purpose, or accuracy of any generated design. Always verify dimensions, material suitability, and load capacity before building.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibecrafting and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or any designs generated by it. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, personal injury, or material waste resulting from building a generated design.

Service availability

We strive to keep Vibecrafting available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your stored designs will be deleted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
